Who We Are
Elijah School serves students in grades 6-12 who are struggling to learn by conventional teaching methods. We teach students who learn differently the skills and strategies needed to become successful, intentional young people, ready to take their place in a competitive and often confusing culture.
We are a Christian, independent, non-profit (501(c)3), co-educational school conveniently located 3 miles north of I-95 (Exit 100) in North East, Maryland. Elijah is actually located quite close to the keystone marking the borders of Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Ours is a five-day per week full-time program, but we do also offer part-time opportunities for interested students. We also offer tutoring services in certain subjects on request. Our Head of School is a member of Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD). Elijah School is approved by the Maryland State Department of Education.
