How Can You Help?
We are lucky to have a loyal body of staff, students, and parents. But in these tough economic times, we could use some additional help, since tuition does not cover all of our expenses (although it’s close!) Here are some ways you can help us:
- Donations: whether one-time or monthly, we need the help and all gifts are tax deductible since Elijah is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit.
- Sign up with iGive. If you shop online through iGive and designate Elijah School – which costs you nothing extra, by the way – many merchants (like Amazon) will donate a percentage of the purchase price to us. http://www.igive.com/
- During October-March, designate Elijah School for A+ Rewards through Martin’s.
- Collect Box Tops for Education for us.
- Come in and tutor our middle schoolers once in a while.
- Share your skills for an afternoon with our high schoolers – we are always looking for new hands-on activities.
- Internships: if you own a business, we’d love to have one of our high schoolers spend an afternoon a week with you learning about your trade.
